The brief: make Telstra retail cool.

Challenge accepted.

With a popping palette, slick animations, and plenty of weird vocal SFX during every storyboard presentation, we created retail unlike anything Telstra had ever done before, and rewrote the rules for all of their BAU work moving forward.

To take Telstra’s retail art direction into a contemporary 3D world, we set some guidelines: type takes centre stage, the layouts are roomy, and there’s plenty of space to let the sexy colours shine.

As for copy? In a drastic move away from mega dollar signs and eight word headlines, we injected a much-needed dose of personality with punchy messaging that’s a little bit on the cheeky side.
