After a rough few years during the pandemic, Qantas were ready to celebrate their return to the sky with a whopping big ad. We won the business with a fresh take on the ‘Feels Like Home’ platform - this time focussing on a real family reunion after COVID-19. No actors, no scripted hugs, just a Mum and son who hadn’t seen each other in way too long.
